That is more of a catch than the one they called a catch five minutes ago.

Definitely a catch imo.

If it was a catch the other way this has to be a catch.

Do you mean to tell me the NFL doesn't plan for overtime where they are playing the only two games at the same time? Why?

This is bringing up memories of John Fox losing games with his far too conservative play calling in Carolina. I had worked hard to repress those.

I said all year after they benched Smith that karma would dictate that if you bench the guy who doesn't turn it over you will lose in the playoffs when his replacement turns it over.

Hmm, looking at the last Manning throw and the play calling by the Broncos there - wonder if he might have gotten dinged up somewhere in the 4th quarter?

Probably not the case; Fox being Fox seems more plausible.

Hard to believe Tony Carter (Denver S) wasn't in position to make a play on that last pass ...

Exactly what I was going to say after the game was over. John Fox needs to be reminded that his QB is Peyton Manning not Jake Delhomme. How can you not let him try a pass on 3rd and 7 when a first down gives you the win? Instead you hand it off to a backup RB and let him run up the middle? Then let the clock run out to send the game to OT instead of letting Manning try to win the game? Vintage John Fox.

i don't understand why we add 15 minutes in OT session in the playoffs, since it can;t end in a tie, what matter is it?

How many times are the Broncos almost going to intercept the ball before they actually do. I think that's the 3rd close call in OT for Flacco so far.

In case wind/weather is a factor. After 15 minutes, you switch ends and the other guys gets the advantage.

Carolina/St Louis in 2003 ended on the first play of double OT IIRC.
