Then I went to schedule a visit with another prospect and got an error that couldnt connect to the EA Dynasty server. Had to exit Dynasty. Upon re-entering the ATH is no longer committed and I havent offered. Everytime i try to offer the gamee locks up now. GRRR

Dammit.
Its now locked up/froze up and given me this restart error 5 times. The shitty thing is its consuming the points Ive used but not giving me the results. So I have 2 offers that arent showing up and 4 scouts that arent showing up. Any time I try to redo those it locks and now Im out of points. GOing to stink if it locks me out permanently from offering these recruits. |

I was able to get my game in earlier this weekend. Which is good, because I've got other things I have to do tonight.

Hey, whats up with the servers.
Not able to do squat today, played my game, went to upload it, I got the same error CU got. I also couldn't accept the invite for the new league. I will try again later...but this is sucking.

AM I the only one its not working for?
Logged into Dynasty tried to play around with recruiting and nothing would upload. Followed the clear cache instructions and went back in and was able to add and scout a recruit. Played against TT and won 42-35 on a last second play. Game failed to upload. Cleared cache, cleared router data. Logged in and submitted a file in anothr league (sim only) and all went well. Went back and played my game again this time SMOKING TT 77-21...upload failed. I'm heading back to the hosptial with family tonight not sure what else to do? |

So sorry to hear about your family. I've been back and forth with my mother to the hospital at least 4 times in the last 6 months and it has been rough. I hope your family gets better.

I haven't had a game to play since people started having trouble, so I can't say if it works for me or not. Sorry you're having so much trouble, CU.
Also, very sorry again to hear about your family health troubles. I lost my mother in February after a long fight with dementia. |

Thanks guys. Sitting here now in the waiting area for a shift change.
This is an uncle who is my godfather and I also lived with for stretches of my earliest memories. I think I have shared enough before that I dont have a traditional Mom and Dad figure but several of each that fill different aspects. He is probably the male who fills more of those rolls than anyone. That said he hasnt always taken care of himself. Juvenile Diabetes and he largely ignored his health...refusing to take nsulin shots etc. Lost a foot, part of the other. Much of his vision. Etc. In 1996 he had a 3 organ transplant (liver/kidney/pancreas) ..the transplant and med reaction took him from 185lb to over 400lb in less than a year. He has battled to maintain any semblance of mobility or life really since then. Now there is a virtual litany of problems. They couldnt keep his BP up (he was 50s/20s earlier this week) the meds to elevate BP sent his heart rate off the charts. In addition most of his organs are septic at this point. Was on a ventilator for much of the week. I am med power of attorney. His living will is too precise to be even useful, some online crap. He is Catholic. Wednesday we had a Priest and last rights. Talked to Hospice. We were planning services and picking pall bearers. Yesterday they took the BP meds off and may be removing the ventialtor in the morning. He seems to be recovering almost inexplicably. We'd like to relocate him to a larger better hospital but not sure he can survive the move. Its just a roller coaster. Im emotionally drained and doing illogical shit. I went home for a rest yesterday morning, my son asked if Id take him and his girlfriend to the Clemson spring game. I said sure and off we went. Thats 2 hours from home, and the wrong way from the hospital. It was really kinda refreshing..until I realized I was 2 hours from home, hadnt slept in 40+ hours..and with no one else who could drive. What could possibly go wrong. We made it home unscathed and the kids were none the wiser... Sorry for the ramble...my entire being is basically a raw nerve at this point. My family is dysfunctional at best and this has been no different. One of his sisters was carried out by security and arrested one day. The other one is convinced we are poisoning him and tells every doctor to check for that. I actually have prayed and thanked God for being given away and never growing up around his loonie bin |

Wow, that sounds like a different kind of awful than I experienced, but equally bad. Sorry you and your loved ones are going through this. I remember being in the awful position of not wanting Mom to die but knowing that it was really the best thing that could happen for all involved. You have my sympathy.

My father-in-law died recently after being septic and on a vent and we decided to stop treatment. It was heart wrenching to see him pass away and we have some great family support. So sorry to hear about what you are going through.

Whoa doggie. Now we cross our fingers and get crazy superstitious and call everyone we love and make sure we say hi to strangers in passing and just be generally pleasant.. So maybe things will work this time.

Thanks, Julio. Can others post here when they finish recruiting? The website almost never works for me now. Dear EA: It's not an "unexpected error" anymore when you get it EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in.

I got my recruiting done for the ladder, but I had to go in and clear the system cache again, which to me is utter BS.

Hey guys. Finally have 5 minutes to breathe.
The situation with my Uncle remains touch and go (though we have a glimmer of hope over the past 24 hours we didnt have before). Saturday night we had a Pallative Care meeting with the docs and the family. During which his 85 year old mother (my grandmother) had a heart attack which resulted in rushing her by ambulance a couple blocks to the heart center. For the past 3 days I have been by their side exclusively as I am med POA for both. Lucky me. Finally things stabilized a touch this morning and I was about loopy anyway. I escaped for a few hours just now and am heading to my son's track meet at 5 and my daughter's softball game at 7. I havent seen either since Saturday. As soon as we get home from those events (around 9:30 est) I will get my recruiting in. I want to thank everyone and especially Kodos for having patience and working with me. I'm emotionally...raw? ...at this point. It has been a rollercoaster couple weeks. I'm the calm, grounding force in the family and Im doing well. Everyone else's emotional swings however are chipping me down. Sorry for the vent here...I just started typing and diarrhea of the mouth just kind of flowed out. |

Keep that strength CU, I know how it feels to get chipped down like that. I tried once to tell myself "this too shall pass" during one of those life shit storms, only to be screaming obscenities in my mind minutes later and trying really hard not to lose my head.
I believe as far as any of us are concerned, we just want you to take as much time as you need and if it helps to vent, vent. I hope it gets better for you.

I did my recruiting on the website last week -- is it true that it is not showing up in game? If so, I'll try to get to it tonight.

Speaking of the website, are others having luck with it? I always get an error message when I try to access it. |

I opened the ports per the first suggestion that Kodos put up and I did not get the error message when I logged onto the website last week. I'll try that first when I get home this evening and see if I can still get in that way. It could be something as simple as having not used all of my recruiting points. I'll double check after trying that by logging into the game.
