mccollins, the good news is that you can be both the Democratic leader AND liaison. Feel free to PM me and discuss strategy anytime now.

At least the way you spelled it didn't add an extra syllable. That would've been worse. I kind of like it with the misspelling.

When I have to spell his name, I always think of it as:
Claphamsa is a ham that has clap... It may or may not be the truth, but it helps me spell his name. |

If there was a WW game where you could only post in haikus, I would create a new login name "Passacagliagagagaga" and be unlynchable.

Maybe we can get some discussion going on who gets this. We'll have Tyrith as President, and heinz controlling like 12 districts? I'll have to go back and look at the popularity and power polls. |

Looks like Tyrith will take it easily here -- granted there will have been two votes since then, but I don't know if many of us acted differently enough from each other to change things much. |

Tyrith, for today's Republican action, I say we put all three supports behind Passacaglia, and all the slurries at Tyrith!

McCollins - powerful but no longer popular.
CR told me power come (partially or largely or something) from the number of districts you hold. Of course, as President, Tyrith is really powerful too. |

I can't believe my popularity is higher than my power -- I chose option 1, the dirtiest, unliked politician, and was from an extreme district.

It was a republican who impacted my election. I'm not sure if they could work against one of their own.

It has been a momentous time in Congress. The search for wolves have cut huge swathes into both main party memberships. Chubby was a Wolf party member. KWhit, the pre-eminent Democrat most of the game, was found dead and killed. Only one remains--mccollins--and Congress is convinced he himself is a member of the Wolf Party.
Could this be a Republican dream come true? The people have spoken. mccollins must go. He protests, but to no avail. "You are party of the Wolf Alliance and a traitor!" jeheinz screams, ketchup dribbling from his chin. "Take him away!" "Not so fast, jeheinz," mccollins says with a foul grin. "I have something to tell you before I go." jeheinz leans in expectantly. Suddenly mccollins pulls out two jumbo jars of mustard and dumps them all over jeheinz, who screams in horror, "I'm melting! I'm melting!" Sure enough, jeheinz disappears into a steaming yellow-red puddle on the floor. "Hmm," Passacaglia says. "Didn't see that coming....your reign is over, Wolf. Your party will never rule the U.S. of A.!" mccollins is taken away snarling, and Congress is at least free of Wolves (and Democrats strangely enough). mccollins was a WOLF! The last Wolf and the Brutal Wolf! THE WOLVES HAVE BEEN DEFEATED. BOTH PARTIES RECEIVE MINOR VICTORIES. THE REPUBLICAN PARTY ENDS THE GAME AS THE MOST POWERFUL PARTY, AND EARNS A STEP UP TO THE MAJOR VICTORY. PRESIDENT TYRITH, WHO CONTROLS THE MOST POWERFUL POSITION AND 16 OF THE 18 DISTRICTS, ENDS THE GAME WITH THE INDIVIDUAL VICTORY. CONGRATS TO EVERYONE AND THANKS FOR PLAYING!!!

Thanks CR. Good game all.
To explain my Lathum thing. Since I was away all day and got back with little time todefend myself I was hurrying too much in reading the threads. The previous day I got KWhit and Lathum mixed up in that I attributed some odd votes by Lathum to KWhit. The day I was voted out ended up exactly the opposite where I got KWhit's comments about me in the dem thread confused with Lathum. By the time I realized that it was past the deadline so I didn't think that I could add anything to correct that. |

Well, I know that a lot of people were down on this game, but I had a lot of fun with it. Maybe it's because I was one of the few people not afraid to email CR with questions. At some point I noticed that my gmail had a thread with 29 emails to the attorney about our condo...and a thread with 100 emails to CR about the game (and I think that there was another thread with 30 more further down). Thanks, CR!
