I was hoping this was finally going to be the proof. Turns out ol' Bigfoot was just playing possum.

All that proves is that bigfoot is never standing behind 15 year old girls taking pics of their hoo hoos or athletes taking pics of their junk.

I wonder what would happen to these guys if the country (or world, whatever) collectively said, "yeah, okay, Bigfoot's real, cool" and moved on with their lives. You have to think they at least partially get off on their contrariness, and something like that would crush them.

By and large, that "stabilized" rendition of the Patterson film has been used to discredit its validity. In the original, there's a sense of a non-human loping gait that has persuaded some self-proclaimed experts that the figure cannot possibly be a man in a suit. In the stabilized version (which generally passes the smell test with the stability of the background trees, etc), it starts looking a whole lot like a man in a suit (as we have already heard confessed by a perpetrator).

Twenty dollars? The German-American festival I just went to was only eight and there were 50 kinds of beers there (and somewhat reasonably priced too).

So Bigfoot is apparently destroying cars about 15 miles from me...

Quote:
As far as what it could be, the gamut of wildlife has been brought up, from bears, coyotes and wildcats to some kind of mythical creature, like a yeti or chupacabra.
“I’ve heard of these (chupacabras) — I don’t know if they’re actually up this far north, or if they’re just in Mexico or Texas, or if they’re even real animals,” Griffin said. “I was just saying that because it seems like it’d be something bigger than a dog, the way the destruction was made.”

I love this very underrated thread. It reminds me of my Chris Simms quote below I've leaned on in times of struggle to give me solace.

I went hog hunting in the Sam Houston National Forest last month. It is supposedly a hot spot for Bigfoot sightings in Texas. Every time my friend and I spotted a tree fallen into another tree, or a tree broken off more than a couple of feet off of the ground, we said that was definitely proof that Bigfoot was in the area. That's probably why we didn't see any pigs to shoot. Not because Bigfoot was there, but due to our laughing.

When I go mushroom hunting with my FIL, we are in the edge of the Ozark mountains.
We hit our walking sticks on trees and wait for the response. Bigfoot will hit trees in response usually.
