As you head off to Sid Hatfield's office, deputies arrive and grab Daddy Torgo just before you step into the city's borders and would be under the jurisdiction of Sid. They quickly reveal a warrant for DT's arrest for sexually assaulting a local woman named Bridey Mae.
DaddyTorgo is led away back to the train, and taken into custody.

You approach Sid Hatfield’s office and he waves you in.
“I don’t want you making trouble while you are in my town.” He begins. You begin to talk to him about the miners and their difficulty, but he already knows that. Then you point out the numerous laws the companies have been violating and that gets his dander raised. Sid Hatfield agrees to ally himself with you, but there are going to be a few changes around here.

We have won 3 camps and look to be in good shape here and it is a x2, that gives us 5/8. Popular theory is win this mission and they can't arrest anymore. It seems like the game was set up to favor them at first. Plus as numbers dwindle they become alot more exposed by possibly having to fake work. |

Your deadline post made me worry that we somehow knew the number we needed, and I hadn't caught up enough to catch it. This way, we're also set on food, if no one fakes, like you and EF were talking about earlier. I caught your two posts (2:32 and 2:36 PM, Eastern) at 2:57, so I figured I had to make the move, and fast.

I know we are going to want this mission, but I strongly feel we need at least one person working on hunting. I have no basis forthe following statement, but I do think we have more than covered th mission.
My thought process for that is that sending all towards the mission might make it possible for the camp to be stopped by arrests and judicious non working. I would like to have 1 person on Hunting as well. this would still give 8 on the Mission. |

I would be all for people looking into me, I think everyone except BK should be looked at closely (with jeheinz probably the next closest - only having possible cunning as a setback but shouldn't be a conversion possible as of yet; if they can arrest, convert and kill on the same day we might as well quit now). I think there have been more than just 1 possible conversion night since then. As long as the village learns something from lynching me I would be okay with it, but only if you learn something from it as we would be losing a villager. |

We are good now. Tomorrow we will only need 7 points in hunting and have at least 11 players to put into that work.

Not sure how to read into Hatfield's description.
Nothing illegal, does that mean it's all about the camps now? If that is the case I say no lynch if we aren't certain of who we are going after. |

We're not killing, we're ousting, which I take to mean sending people away, not doing anything else illegal.

I've been thinking of clap myself. He, like RendeR, have NOTHING to suggest good or evil. Everyone else can, I think, make some claim to good.

By May 16, 25 locals of the UMW had been formed in Mingo county as a backlash against company policy and the lack of pay, and again, Baldwin-Felts detectives arrived to discourage the practice of joining or assisting labor in any way.

Me?
It's partly attrition. I"m really only considering the non-cleareds today. I'm not voting clap, it seems standard fare for him so far and he's given me no real reason. I'm not voting for NTN, likely not DT. That then leaves the group Danny, USFL, Glen, PB, RendeR I'm in agreement on Danny's reasoning that he's likely only a wolf if PB is. So cross Danny off. Glen just hasn't given me a wolf vibe. I'm not clearing him because of the whole Schmidty-abscence, but just not getting that feel (of course I haven't played with him much) RendeR I elevate a bit b/c of the Pass arguement and head-to-head votes with Jackal from early on. Not a clearance, but a tick upward. That leaves PB and You. So that should make your vote a simple one. |

I just think it'd be a hollow vote. Stabbing in the dark. Plus, we learn little from his death (outside of today's vote). I think PB, good or (ideally) bad, could be a good lynchpin on the overall game. |

I was thinking more about the night kills. If there are no more night kills because of this then it has become all about the camps. If it is all about the camps we should do a no lynch today unless we feel VERY certain about our action. A bad lynch costs us work units down the line. |

I am assuming the night kills are not kills either, but maybe firings and a ticket out of town. Which wouldn't be illegal either. I still expect night kills. |

I'll tell you one thing this does: It lets PB off the hook for ever putting up. Clearly blowing stuff up IS illegal. I understand where PB has gotten a pass, but his judgment only looks worse in light of today.

I think it tells us Danny is good (no way a wolf moves late in villager vs villager) I think it's a bad tick for EF who has been hound-dogging him. I think it's a tick for me not being the cunning, as I was professing this earlier. Those are off the top of my head, I'm sure I could dig more if I had a spare like week or three. |

I should just be 72.
I'm sure we can just whittle everyone down to two letters. Hoops could be HO. I like that. We could make like a Table of Elements, only it'd be a Table of WW (!) players. |

What distraction? Just bringing up possibilities. We need to consider all possiblities. If as someone mentioned that they were not actually night kills then there is no change. If they were kills, that would be a HUGE change because of this ally. That is not a distraction, that is trying to cover all the bases. |

I mean those last two more as "nudges" than cold hard facts ala the Danny one. Just things I came up with literally with zero research. Certainly I don't think we get as much, if anything, lynching clap. I mean who has come out strongly against clap before today? Lathum. Yeah, while there is that looming conversion chance, clap being a villager is really a non-game-changer (granted, his being a wolf might be, but hell, anyone new turning up wolf probably tells us just as much) |
