Just look at his Wiki page. Won in Tulsa, Illinois and in 10 years with KU he has won the Big 12 I believe 9times in a row, 5 elite8s, two title games, and a NCAA championship

Bill Self blew it. You always foul up by 3 with that much time left. Could have fouled him with 5-6 seconds left, then they have to miss the 2nd FT and you have the decided size advantage to get the rebound. Self blew it.

The reality of it is every team is going to lose their last game, many in ugly fashion. The guy has had a 10 year run at KU about any program in the nation would sign up for and has had sustained success at a top 5 program unrivaled by anyone else in that time.

I think this and OSU winning close ones backs what it was like playing in the Big Ten all year. Kansas got punched in the mouth, and they didn't know how to react. If MSU wins, I'm gonna be kind of pissed that Indiana didn't.

It's always the same with Florida. When they start settling for outside shots and they don't fall, they're very vulnerable. If they take it inside, even if it's an inside-out game, they're awfully hard to beat.

Agreed...Self has had the best winning % from 2006-12 than any other coach in the history of D1 basketball has ever had over a 6 year span. He is like Roy Williams at Kansas but has actually managed to win a national championship in 08 and would have likely won it last year had Kentucky not been full of 1st round NBA prospects.
