You know...reading up on this battle and the mine wars in general, I don't think the miners ever actually WIN this..I think we're screwed =)

I vote that we send 1 troop.
Seriously. Let them over-commit early and enhance our presumed numerical advantage. |

That is going off the basis that in terms of winning the game a loss of 15000 sympathizer troops to 1 counts as bad as 15000 to 10000

My idea for the first has been to go big or go small. By big I mean half or so. By small I'm talking slightly larger than 1 but not substantially so.

I agree, and I think this strategy is strong throughout. We have a numbers advantage and can afford to go either big or small, but in between may not be worth it. |

I guess for me it boils down to how many wolves you think there are. If they are few in number, they likely went big. |

I think we have to plan for at least 3 wins. We might even have to take the risk that 3 would win and not play for four depending on how things go early. |

I'm not convinced at all we have a numbers advantage. While I think the idea that we'd win and lose at the same rate is fundamentally sound, I think we've lost a few missions and thus it's entirely possible we're about even in terms of troops to start.

+1 here. The numbers I threw out before were based on how we got our troops. If they got 2k per village, they have 8k to start PLUS whatever bonus (or bonuses I guess) they may have gotten. If they got one, then they're at 10500 to our 12500, fairly tight IMHO. |

I meant a numbers advantage in regards to how many villagers and wolves there are. We can afford to lose more rounds than the wolves. |

In regards to these numbers, they probably have about the same, but remember theirs are stronger, so it's not simply a 1:1 ratio. |

Actually no, I don't think any thing I say will make a difference there, but It should have read miners' referencing the folks actually engaging in the fighting. I understand if you don't trust me. In terms of Trust. I think I'd put you at the very top of my list, well right after BK. |

The lack of an order was not a mistake. I debated doing a wacky # like 107 but decided to simply let them show their hand first.

Oh I'm hoping we went small, just to see what their numbers were. I think Labor will have a big numbers advantage, with a relatively small number of Corporate folks being of much higher "quality" due to training and equipment.

This isn't to pick on you and it doesn't really matter, but how the heck are people putting uncleared folks ahead of me? I mean I've got the same shot at cunning as any other remaining player, so it can't be that. I was the last of the scans and I believe they only would've had 1 night to bribe me after I was scanned, so my conversion odds are minimal. Just weird. Irrelevant (since I'm not really pushing for my agenda in this battle thingy anyhow) but weird. |

Let me expand by saying 1-4 are pretty much all equal on there. Lathum as a wolf put early votes on both PB and Clap to establish them as lynch candidates and with how the voting went down with both I feel both are likely villagers. Also with Lathum being a wolf and still having no clue how the bribe mechanic works, I'd say you and Chief being in the top 4 is fair. |

BK,
If we're around for later delegation. I say we put Jeheinz at the top of the list, and if he can man the fort until you return, that we stick with that. He was the last one cleared, and I'm not sure if there has really be a chance for him to be converted since. Other than him I'd put CR high on my confidence list. You could go me...but I suck at these kind of things. |
