I didn't see the FAQ before ordering, otherwise might have thought differently. But in the meantime, I actually got my keys and in process of downloading, so far so good. It also seems like it is the deluxe version because Wasteland 1 came with it but can't confirm the rest of the deluxe stuff until download is complete.

It was the right price point for me. OOTP15 allows to import leagues from OOTP14 correct? I have a custom league which has substantial history already built in that I'd prefer to continue.
