I like the idea of "un" roles, though. What if we write something with seer skills, but "un-bodyguard" skills? I don't know what that means yet, but I'll try to think on it. Anyway, since we have such an advantage, we can pass ultra-conservative stuff -- although if you're worried about that, heinz, I understand.

Yeah, you're right though. Though I think the night-kill of Cronin was a wolf move to balance things, I think the wolves knew what was going to happen last night (at least the degree of Henry losing his seat and us getting the advantage) so his kill was a balance kill I'd bet.

If we lynch a Dem today, I'm as good as gone I'd think. But hey, there's what, a 50/50 shot that the BG fell to one of us? If so, I'd appreciate some lovin' tonight.

Sigh, I'm totally having trouble figuring out what the heck we're supposed to be doing in this game. Someone else can be leader if you desire, but it seems like most of our membership is only around part of the day, so I'm also content to keep it. We might want a new liaison for the rest of the day if Pass isn't going to be around, but I don't have a clue who.

Who do we want as speaker? If we're going to go to the right, maybe Purdue?

BTW, I don't want Lathum back in power, either. I don't trust either him or KWhit at this point because of that mess yesterday.

But that could have been because he didn't want to put a vote on a non-wolf. I know this is a long shot, but if he, henry, and Lathum are wolves, he could have been hoping that he could vote someone other than clap, and still have clap die, but with a tie, he probably didn't want to risk the possibility of henry dying?

Vote yes on President's bill and Republican bill, vote no on Democrat's bill
Vote yes on our speaker selection (not sure if I have to do this)
I'll probably put in a vote on KWhit for lynch but am not sure yet, this is a tough one as I'm also trying to figure out what Lathum was doing.

What about an "Un-Thief, Un-Impervious" bill?

No player shall be impervious to a seer's scan. No person shall be able to block the action of the seer or witness.

It doesn't seem crazy strong to me -- seems like it could be a good 3rd bill?

I would agree with that. It's useful, but it's also not the end of the world if it has to be vetoed for a rider or if it gets knocked out by CR later.

I was thinking of how badly the Dems were hurt vote-wise by their veto. As our 7'th most popular member, I'm looking out a bit for #1 there!

I don't think that's too late, as long as you'll be able to sign or veto the bills before...I think it's 6 am central. If you're going to be wiped, it might not be the best idea.

I still see some use for vigilante and hunter. If we can caveat those so that we don't lose a villager from it, that would be good.

You're my preference, Purdue. I don't want Pass or myself to do it because we're already doing too much. Mrs. S isn't around, illini is the president, Render and heinz are too close to the center -- heinz especially is under constant threat of attack. You're nice and safe in the middle of our party, and it will give us a chance to get a feel for you tomorrow.

And thinking about our bill -- I think our best chance at getting the anti-cunning bill to stick is to narrow it even further, and just say no one can block the power of the seer. The tighter we make it the more likely it will pass muster, I think.

No, that was my big concern initially. If anything, it knocked Chubby from office and made him a bit of a target.

Basically, tomorrow, the Speaker will get to propose a third bill. It pretty much meant the Dems got two, and we got one, yesterday.

Having extra districts does us no good if we can't use them for anything. It sounds to me, heinz, that you're more concerned with keeping control of territory than anything else.

Dola, granted, as a good guy that's not bad. But we hold votes in order to use them. We can't be ultra concerned about trying to hold on to everything for the rest of the game right now.

Yes, but in a round-about way. I'm hoping to avoid being night-killed honestly. The more foo-foo power we can give the dems, the better chance of avoiding that and since I know I'm good, I know it's in the best interest of the good guys that I'm not a target

Well, you're stuck regardless. Because the nearest to the left you can vote for is PackerFanatic and that's not going to go over really well for you, or for any of the rest of us anyway. I'd rather have the power in this camp for a couple of days and see what happens then let the Dems keep it all game. It gives us a chance to see how different people react when they're under the heat lamp, which is useful.

Indeed, this game is really irritating. The partisan politics part is driving us apart as a villager team. We're probably being aided in that regard by the wolves, but a lot of it is probably just us deciding to eat each other.
