Man, that was definitely a purposeful miss by that Tennessee player. What disrespect.

Final play. Just keep them from the end zone.

I am a not leaving enough time on the clock if I run for the first down. Huh. Good win for Arkansas. And Vandy. Texas has looked invincible, but you wonder if anyone will be unscathed this season.

Better chance you are right than me, Kodos. Tulane might've been his 2nd team.
How about this SEC though? Just let the Top 12 SEC teams duke it out and let the other pussy team play in the bowl games amirite |

Pumpy is first and foremost a Tennessee-Chattanooga fan. Well, at least their special teams unit from the 1990 timeframe

For not having many high profile marchups, it's been a pretty damn good week of college football. Still can't believe Vandy beat Bama. And it wasn't a fluke, they just outplayed them.

What is that, 5 top 11-ish teams losing, six?

Cal couldn't run the ball all night, but they kinda turtled in the fourth quarter with that 20-point lead. One pass attempt during that entire three-touchdown comeback.
Only fair, I guess. An east coast team should not have to play a conference game that ends at 2:30 in the morning. Do what they did in Washington and start in the late afternoon. I think Cal deserved what they got. Of course, with the expanded conference schedules, Miami gets to avoid Clemson, Virginia, Southern Methodist and Pittsburgh this year and they don't play Notre Dame under whatever that agreement is at this point. Notre Dame will, however, get to take on Army and Navy before anyone gets too excited about whichever group of five school gets sacrificed at the end of the year. There were 18 unbeaten FBS teams going into the week, 14 in the Power 4. Three didn't play this week and the rest went 9-6. This week will be remembered for the SEC upsets (though the only real surprise with Missouri was the final margin). 6-0 Teams: Indiana, Miami (FL). 5-0 Teams: Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, Pittsburgh, Brigham Young, Iowa State, Army, Navy. 4-0 Team: Liberty. Next week, we get Texas at Oklahoma and Ohio State at Oregon. |

What a great day for the underdogs.
Hogs DC Travis Williams and defense gets the credit. After the 2 quick Vol's TD in 3Q, we didn't crack and were able to stiffen up. Petrino's offense was no slouch either, we were able to move up and down the field. We just weren't able to convert to TD in the redzone and just had 3 points in 1H. Overall, fantastic win. Good to win a close one. 6-6 is definitely doable. Looking forward to the Liberty or Bluebonnet bowl or whatever they're called nowadays. Last edited by Edward64 : Today at 05:39 AM. |

Vols only fall 4 places to #8. Can’t but help feel disrespected.
A bye week and then #13 LSU at home |

The SEC has the top 4 ranked one loss teams in the country. Seems legit.
