Proud parent (feel free to ignore me!)
Hey all-
Gotta shout this somewhere and since the school I teach at doesn't start until next week you guys are stuck hearing about it. My 5 year old Cash had his first flag football game tonight and he was really, really good. He scored two touchdowns, scored an extra point (runs are worth 1) and made the lone catch of the game for a 2-point conversion. But, honestly, what I was most proud was that after every play he helped his teammates and the other team up, helped kids get their flags back on and was in the middle of the huddle psyching the team up. Really fun to watch him play his first team sport. Thanks for letting a proud dad get that out.

Lathum already got the definitive line I suppose. I was thinking "if they go to him does that constitute a money play?"

Nice man. He may have found his calling. Now to teach him how to run the option.

5-6 year old flag football could definitely benefit from the option!

Made fun of you for being proud of your kid?
Sounds like a hall of a story to me. Much rather read about that than some of the other garbage going on in the world right now. Congrats to Cash on a fine game. |

Just steer him away from Purdue! You know it's the right thing to do.

Thanks a ton guys, he was pretty excited and still talking about it this morning.
Great screenshot Logan, that's pretty cool. And yeah, at this point it might be akin to child abuse to send him to Purdue to play football as the program is a mess. Usually I can at least rely on the Steelers to give some stability but the Bell/Blount story isn't helping any! |

I think we can at least agree that RIGHT NOW it is better to play IU football than Purdue. |
