What is the best Mario game on the Wii...

... for a 4-year old girl? Heading to the store now. Hoping to see some suggestions by the time I get there.

I'd probably say New Super Mario Bros Wii or Mario Kart.

The former is up to 4 players, so it's something you can play with her and help her with, and it doesn't even require the nunchuk.

Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 are fantastic, but might be beyond her coordination level since they DO require the nunchuk.

I agree with Sack. For the most overall family fun, I'd say that Mario Kart has topped our list.

I play Mario Cart with my 3 and 5 year old all the time. My 3 year old, struggles, but she has a ton of fun when she plays.

Kart might be good. My son was playing SM Sunshine before he could read (I had to read him the cut scenes), and handled a lot of it but needed some help with the secret levels.

Luigi's Mansion was also good, though I don't know if the whole ghost thing might be scary for a 4yo.

(Shoot, those were GameCube games? Bah, everyone is getting old.)

GameCube games, but playable on a Wii! As long as it's an older model.

My three year old loves playing MarioKart. He sucks at it horribly, but he loves playing...
