Players leaving rule clarification needed (please vote Ladder & American owners)

Looking at the rules, I now realize that I probably should have made rule #3 read as:

"3. You can't persuade a player to return if their rating is 90 or over."

In the interest of full disclosure, I have two players who are rated 90 that are declaring in the Ladder, so I may be biased. Please vote on if I should modify the rule. I will only vote in the case of a tie that needs to be broken.

Rule will be rewritten as "90 or above," and applies immediately to both the Ladder and the American. (It's Julio's choice in the Pyramid.)
