FOFC Favourite Movie - Opening Round (Part 13)

We are 75% through the first round. Complete results and bracket here. Vote on Part 12 if you haven't done so already.

Favourite is left open for interpretation by the individual. A tiebreaker is decided by the IMDB rating (not tournament ranking) followed by the number of IMDB votes for that rating.

I'm working on these stats so that they will be a Top 5 moving forward after part 12.

58 - Back to the Future
54 - Rocky
54 - Forrest Gump

Most Votes (matchup)

Largest Margin of Victory
55 - Back to the Future
53 - The Shawshank Redemption
51 - The Shining

0 (9-9) - Modern Times vs. Touch of Evil
1 (23-22) - Finding Nemo vs. Amadeus

Biggest Shutout
53-0 - The Shawshank Redemption vs. Phantom of the Paradise

First bracket that I can't even vote for any matchup. No strong feelings about any of them.

Didn't like either of these as well. So apparently yes.

Also The Intouchables is an amazing movie. Funny and sad and a little bit heart wrenching. It's on netflix and I would totally recommend it. It's one of those movies that after 5 minutes you don't realize it's in another language.

Yes.

Pulp Fiction is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, and perhaps the only movie I've walked out of in the theater.

I did NOT expect to agree with Kodos on this one. But hey!

Me too, even though I unequivocally and vehemently disagree about Fury Road. But you (revrew) and I usually agree most of the time.

It's funny but this round probably has more of my all-time favorite movies than others rounds (Pirates, Fury Road, FaFDM, Fargo).
