Keeping an NCAA 09 Dynasty?

I was thinking..

Several people have said publicly and privately that they are really turned off by some things with NCAA 10. That they are either not buying it or strongly considering not buying it.

Does anyone know if NCAA 09 ODs will still work? If so, would there be any interest in grabbing up the stragglers and maintaining one of the existing dynasties or starting a new one?

I would of course have no problem continuing, but I believe others have said in the past the old games servers are cut.

I'm pretty sure they'll cut off 2009 ODs about a month after the new game comes out. If history repeats.

That's what I was afraid of.

Frustrating.

Gotta keep those revenue streams flowing, baby!

Seems like they could have people pay a subscription fee to keep playing older versions of the game.

Seems like they could have people pay a subscription to pay current games rather than being shifty bastards.

It's amazing how much BS EA does. It's like, if I booted up Call of Duty 4 and couldn't play it online because there was a newer Call of Duty game, it would be ridiculous. Stuff like this would never fly...except when EA does it. Sports games aren't exactly different, because there are many years where there's a new Tony Hawk/Splinter Cell/Call of Duty/etc and the new games don't invalidate the online of your old ones. This irks me bigtime.

Just had to chime in on this one
