That ball barely bounced out of bounds. Even I would have laughed my ass off if it didn't and Dallas recovered it.

Goes without saying that int was a killer. Can't turn the ball over in the other teams red zone.

Sick loss. Three games this year the Giants pissed away. Tonight, last week, and the Arizona game. That's what is annoying. They have talent and find ways to lose. They aren't superbiwl caliber but should be better than their record.

I don't want to dig for the post since I am on my phone but at the start of this stretch I said the giants may lose six in a row. The problem is the schedule gets easy here on in so they will win just enough to get a mid to low pick.

It is a game in past years the Cowboys have lost.

I've said for a few weeks now, I will hope for the Giants to win, but be OK if they lose, but this one is testing that. Just a tough loss to swallow. They need a lot of pieces, so drafting in the top 10 would help, so the losses are OK to me.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea that the Pats ran up the score and Lions took a few cheap shots. So out of character for both teams ...

Houston is back to Fitzpatrick. Mallett has a torn pectoral muscle and is out the rest of the year.

Good luck in deciding what Mallet is worth during the offseason.

Houston has to go find a QB. They have enough decent pieces around that a QB is a huge missing piece.

That's almost encouraging for Houston, because he couldn't hit the side of a barn door yesterday. If he was throwing with a torn pec that could explain it.

Also I doubt there will be too much of a market for a career backup who has had one decent game. The Raiders have Carr otherwise they'd probably throw thirty million at him.

OOF, all that time as a backup to Brady, gets a chance to start and then OOF. Poor kid.

I think he meant Daddy Torgo. But I'd be much more chill about my team if they'd won three Super Bowls in the last fifteen years, been to two more and were consistently competitive.

Is that where Brian Hoyer ends up?

I'm confused about Hoyer? Is there something written into his contract that says he can't be franchised? Seems like there would be riots in Cleveland if Hoyer takes them to the playoffs then is allowed to just walk away.

Maybe Manziel ends up going there? Browns would be lucky to get a fourth-rounder for him at this point.

Are fans in Cleveland really that in love with Hoyer? From afar he's been a game manager - which does have some value - and we'll see if his stats go up with Gordon back, but is he really worth the $20mil or whatever a franchised QB will earn?

I guess that question could be answered by knowing how comfortable the Cleveland coaching staff and front office are with Manziel taking over the position next year.

I don't think any of us knows for sure what kind of QB Manziel will be until they put him on the field in the regular season. But privately I'm sure the Browns already have a feel for how the players around him will react to him playing QB.

With no knowledge of what is going on behind-the-scenes, it seems Cleveland's best bet would be to try and get Hoyer to take a deal similar to the one Dalton took with the Bengals.

Horrible news from Kansas City. Prayers with Berry & his family, one of the greatest to ever suit up in Knoxville.

BillJasper, I am betting on the browns being forced to play manziel's backup if they get rid of Hoyer.

I'd say Hoyer gets like 4/65 with the Browns setup like a 1 year deal they can walk away from. Maybe he gets 15M up front and a 10M roster bonus after the 2015 season to trigger a decision.

Mallet is like 2 years 10-15 million.

If the Jets can't get Winston or Mariota they may go hard on Mallet. At this point it's hard to see who starts at QB for the Jets next year.

This BAL/NO game is just crappy for visuals. Black pants as far as the eye can see, little color at all, and that ugly shaggy turf. Hideous.
