Have to recover from my two losses and beat Ball State. That sucks I lost the H-t-H against USC for that CB, but I knew it was going his way when he shot past me in a week...

Yeah, we had some pitches he really liked.

I might need until Monday to get my game in as I'm in the middle of my 7 on, 7 off and the first 3 days on have been VERY busy and I've been stuck late each night.

Since we now have a couple of extra days, how about Monday or Tuesday at either 3 PM (sharp) or 9 PM?

Absolutely. Will adjust the deadline accordingly.

As a rule, I will always wait if someone asks. If someone just goes MIA, or has a history of disappearing, I'm less likely to wait.

A totally different team showed up as fau got their first win of the season against #15 navy 34-21... But it wasn't that close.

As navy scored scored two tds in the 4th quarter and recovered 3 onside kicks against my hands team no less.

41-17 over Auburn with lots of recruits in the house. The difference in this game was their inability to cover Ronnie Wright: 9 catches, 264 yards, 2 TDs.

Oregon was playing us very tough for 3 quarters and we had a very tough time stopping their star HB, but turnovers kept us in it and we were up 28-21 at the end of 3. We took complete control in the 4th quarter and with a pick 6 to end the game, we put up 21 points in the 4th and got a 49-24 win.

Our RS Freshman QB had his best game of his career with the most time he has gotten since our loss. He threw for over 400 yards and 4 TD's while rushing for another 30 or 40 (although he lost much of that on sacks.)

Gah, blasted by the Dukies. The final score was a microcosm of our season so far, losing 24-7 - But the growing pains are expected. Lots of big freshman mistakes this week didn't help matters, but we were pretty significantly overpowered by some serious offensive efficiency by the Blue Devils.

My place next year, chesapeake?

I had a serious case of fumbleitis, but it didn't prove to be fatal. I need to figure out which button makes the QB slide. I checked the game manual after we played and it doesn't say. Dumb manual.

I would be happy to pay you a return visit next season. I have been promising Texas recruits a game in their home state figuring I owed you one.

Ugh, rain game, 3 fumbles that turned into 2 TDs and a FG for Ball State. They had us dead in the water when DB Bonner intercepted the pitch on an option play to the house.

With the game tied we gave up big yards...they won 37-30...suck....

The definition of "lightly tap" is never fully explained, but be aware that it appears to be closer to "lightly tap when no defender is anywhere close", otherwise it seems to already have the tackle animation queued up. I'm about 50% on actually sliding when I want to.

Good point. I am about 75% for the same reason. Sometimes I try to get that extra yard or two and can't get the slide off in time.

If it makes you feel better, I opted to drop him from my board last week. I have other irons in the fire and a similar guy already on my roster.

If my notes are correct, I had a +400 point lead on a good OT recruit and just had a solid, A- visit with him. I logged in last night to find that I am down to USF by 100 points now.

I've never seen a turnaround quite like that. Greg must have dragged my good name through the mud on a 2X phone call. Jerk.

That, and he had an "A" visit with us

I've been slowly catching up on him for a while now.

Makes me feel a ton better. But I need him, he rated at a +7 on me from my scouting and is a Gem, so I am hoping to keep him.

Finally got back on the winning track this week, and if we win out, I think we'll see a bowl game for the first time. Hopefully some of these recruits that are just waiting and waiting to sign with us will just go ahead and decide to take the plunge so I can start planning how to break into the top 25 next season.

Beat #24 Kansas State 45-42. The final score was close, but only because they got a touchdown as time expired. I was up double digits almost the entire second half.

Even though I have the leader in Sacks, I still can't stop anyone on offense, especially a running game. I think I might have to dig up some defense next season that focus on stopping the run.

I was also beat deep twice in this game to give up a ton of yards.

We are now suck ass again after losing 3 in a row.

After a very tight win at Miami, I am a little shocked to find myself in contention for the ACC title. Given how weak my team is against the run, I suspect that we'll be overtaken before the end, but so far this team is far exceeding expectations. Last season was so rough -- I struggled to stay in the ACC -- that I find this change of events to be particularly pleasing.
