Thanks guys
We faced off against the #1 Michigan Wolverines today for the National Championship. We won the toss and elected to recieve, and starting out it looked like it was going to be a cakewalk. Luck, finally back to full health for the first time since the 5th week of the season, hit his All American Wideout Ealy and he took it all the way to the 20. A few plays later we had 1st and goal inside the 5. We did *not* score. This was the theme for the game. We would drive...drive...drive, beautiful drives where everything was clicking. Then we would stall out inside the 5 yard line. We would be stopped inside the 2 on four separate occassions on 4th and goal. For some reason at the snap of the ball our offensive line would just turn around and yell "lookout!". Not good. At Halftime we were up 24-17. In the second half the Wolverines got the ball to start out. On the very first play their QB Threet fired a pass down the middle, but we picked it off! This was the story of the second half. Defense. Namely, the Stanford Defense. We allowed only 7 points in the second half, and we were able to score 4 times...twice via field goals and twice via TD's. Our defense stepped up against a great offense, and won us our first National Championship. Final Score #1 Michigan - 24 #2 Stanford - 40 Player of the Game Andrew Luck - 24/34, 350 Yards, 3 TD's, 0 INT Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting your 2011 NOFL National Champions... The Stanford Cardinal!

I didn't get a chance to advance this yesterday, but I'm going to advance it in a few minutes, as it sounds like we have enough people who want to try to get another season in. I'm thinking 4 days for a week and 2 days for the offseason up until the 3rd week of recruiting and then just 1 day for that. Or do we want to go with something more aggressive for the offseason?

That sounds about right. It's faster, but not crazy fast (like 2 days/week). We can totally ignore recruiting for next season at least. That will save some time.
