XBOX 360 Rechargable Batteries
Okay I am tired of constantly buying new batteries for the kids XBOX 360. Can anyone give me some insight on the rechargeable batteries and the charger? Are there multiple options etc?

I use that quickcharge kit that Kodos linked to and it's perfect.

I guess I am a little dense. Does this thing actually recharge batteries, or is it itself a battery that "fits" into the xbox360 controller? |

It's a battery that fits into the controller.

No it's not, it's a charger to charge the rechargeable battery packs for the controllers. If I remember correctly mine didn't come with batteries either, I had to but the battery packs separately. |

I think it's obvious looking at the picture that the whole thing is not a battery. It comes with one rechargeable battery pack. A second battery pack can be bought separately. |

You're wasting your money on the official xbox battery charger. For the same price I got an Energizer Charger plus 4 AA rechargeable batteries for the same price. You can use the batteries for anything plus buy more batteries for any other electronics you might have.

Yeah, I would have thought it was too, but he asked the question AFTER you posted the link. I just wanted to clear up that it isn't an actual battery pack. |
