Ladder - Allow owners to take job offers?

I was thinking that we should allow coaches to take new jobs if they get offered. I know FAU and UTSA are at a bit of a recruiting disadvantage relative to USC and IU due to certain locked pitches. If anyone wanted to take a new team, it'd be fine with me. (I will never leave IU, and I'm sure EF would never leave USC.) If anyone objects to this, let me know.

I think we have gotten a lot better recruits in the most recent season for whatever reason. It certainly hasn't hurt our chances to get to the national title games, which we have been fortunate enough to be in pretty frequently.

I don't mind sticking at UTSA, we are in a good recruiting state at least, and I think geographically all 4 teams kind of have their own home areas to recruit from.

Yeah. Basically at our current settings, if you get by your human conference rival, you are in the championship game.

I've actually contemplated asking to try and get the Clemson job just to keep my interest up.

But havent committed to the rebuild.

Would there be any interest in a Win the Championship have to take a bottom tier team rule?

I definitely want to stick with USC. It is a big part of keeping my interest up. I have no objections to anyone moving to other teams.

I don't think people would want to give up the team they built up. I wouldn't want to. Plus, my love for IU football is part of what makes the Ladder so fun for me. I'm almost surely never going to see them win the national championship in real life. This is as close as I'll likely get.
