It's been a great run for IU, but it will take more than a little luck for us to beat PSU in Happy Valley.

I'll post the Top 25 and BCS Top 15 when it comes back online (tomorrow, if it's midnight Pacific Time). Is the Bowl picture out yet?

Clemson downs Duke 45-10 to rebound from our first loss of the season. It wasn't all rosy, though. Cullen Harper threw four INT's, and was replaced by freshman Willy Korn late in the 3rd quarter, with us only up 17-10. Korn electrified the offense, leading us to score 28 straight points.
Our defense returned to form, allowing only a field goal from the Duke offense (they scored a TD on a kick return for the last play of the first half...talk about painful).

The Huskies win a battle in the driving snow against UCLA, 9-0. Damn, the yards were hard to come by in this one. Great win.

Ask yourself... do you really want to mar Indiana's dream season? Do you really want OSU to win the Big Ten again? Look inside your heart... you know what is right to do.

I am starting my game vs Northwestern but I think XBL may go down again. It took forever to sign in and then to load the dynasty.
Sure hope not. |

Well, I hope the severs stay up to record this thrashing. It's currently 43-7 UM over Northwestern with 2:11 to go in the 2nd quarter.

XBL is down again. I won 64-17 but I am just sitting at final game screen, waiting to see when I can connect back to XBL. So retarded.

Very frustrating. Even when I lost to Notre Dame in NOFL and couldn't connect, it was annoying.

Does anyone think we should put things on hold while we wait for Live to become more stable again?

I won and was able to get the results set... I am upset it wasn't the game my little guy turned off, I like those comeback wins. But it wasn't necessarily a blowout. I do have a highlight from it, where Unga fumbled the ball and Chambers scooped it up and ran it for 75 yards for the TD, the ol fumblerooski.

41 - 25... We were able to shut down their offense although they did bust off a few big runs. Next season I am going to work on bring some better talent on defense.

I thought you had the chance to be a BCS Bowl spoiler this year. Hopefully you can keep BYU on top in the Mountain West. The bowl projections will appear next week. Brings a question to mind, can you be invited or drop from conferences in an online dynasty? |

Well, as expected, PSU handed us our ass on a platter, 52-7. I had hoped we could keep the inevitable thrashing respectable, but it was not to be. Too much speed on their side, too many missed tackles on our side. Good game, Sun. I knew it would be ugly. Indiana fans would still be pretty ecstatic with an 11-1 season.

Well...Kodos and I just played our game. The game was very fun for one of us, and probably not much fun for the other. What it seemed to boil down to is team speed, and although Kodos does a hell of a job with the roster he has, the Hoosers just had no chance against the burners on Penn State. Brad Riggs, our HB, had a monster day. He scored 3 or 4 touchdowns, I forget exactly how many. He ran for something like 180 yards on 12 carries. Our QB was 11/13 for about 270 yards and 3 TD's. When all was said and done on this cold snowy day, the Penn State Nittanny Lions had handed the Indiana Hoosers their first loss by a score of 52-7.
GG again buddy...good luck this upcoming bowl season.

At least you probably just stole our RB in recruiting as well. The rich get richer, as they say.
