Why is it taking a week for someone in the admin group to allow a new player posting and pm access?

I've emailed Ben (days ago), i've PM'd antmeister tuesday, wth?? are we simply ignoring newbies now or what?

I've got a player trying to enjoy the werewolf game who can't even USE the board right now.

Can someone PLEASE complete the setup of kantai731 so that she can interact fully?
