In the Observation Act it should be any role passed via legislation, either previous or future. So it will cover the seer, BG, what have you.

Very good.

I am just hoping this doesn't become all Democrats vote for A and all Republicans vote for B.

Especially if B = KWhit.

Look to your own party, then. So far, all Democrats have voted for A, but not all Republicans have voted for B.

I like the Observation Act, but it may be too conservative for my constituents' liking. I'll have to give this some thought.

I understand that, which is what brought this up. My fellow party members have reacted strongly to the fact that a Republican placed an early, unwarranted vote on the Leader of their party.

That provoked some strong feelings in a few of them, hence their votes.

Where is the provision requiring a warrant?!! More legislation that clearly violates the 4th Amendment. When you guys go into your caucus to write this tripe, do you tear pages off of the Bill of Rights and scribble it on the back? Outrageous!

Yup. And we'll do it while we eat a baby seal while driving a Hummer firing assault rifles randomly driving to church. You got a problem with that?

I'm assuming that this also involves running over your illegal immigrant nanny for whom you have simply forgotten to pay your payroll taxes?

I don't think Clap is a wolf. That's pretty ridiculous given the events of his veto suggestion last night. I'll likely be voting for someone who is currently voting for Clap.

VOTE PASS NATIONAL SEER COMMUNICATION BILL

This bill is proof that the Democrats are all about what is best for the country and not just worried about their "political image".

So...you complain about the constitutionality of our bill...and then you submit something designed to give us a free clear a day, free use of our seer data with no real downside, and the ability to coordinate good guy actions without letting the wolves know anything? Are you nuts?

Okay, that is slightly changed from the way it was originally posited, because now it's just one guy. It's still nuts - it's pretty much giving the seer an extra life and us an extra scan attached to a role that doesn't have any independent value. It's not nuts nuts but it still makes me feel really queasy.

Can't do it politically and I'm pretty sure it's cruisin' for a bruisin' in its current form. It's probably one piece too strong, IMO.

This thread, given his staunch and initial desire to reject the bill with the rider on it I think it's less likely clap is a wolf.

Yet another fine job done by the democrats to help us survive the evil that is the Republican party (oh, and the wolves too).

As long as the Supreme Court doesn't continue to trample the constitution and legislate we will be okay.

Can't do it politically? Since it is Seer related, I'm pretty sure it will be considered a Republican-type role and be beneficial to you guys.

My gut instinct - revise, take out the PM part and just let the seer speaker know the results of the scans, and then it would probably pass muster.

Yeah, to support it, but I don't think a wolf would be the first one to speak against it. Regardless, that's my opinion. I don't think clap is a wolf at the moment. I suspect neither do the dems as it was a retaliate and pile on look of a vote.
