A Simpsons vs. Family Guy vs. South Park Battle Royale!
I think this is a better poll than the other poll. Which show was best during it's prime?
For me, no contest. The Simpsons blows the others out of the water. Last edited by Kodos : 06-14-2005 at 02:21 PM. |

The Simpsons episode with Hank Scorpio single handedly kicks the crap out of Family Guy & South Park put together.

Hopefully someone will start a thread/poll with more options than three. What about Oblongs, Harvey the Birdman, Danger Mouse, Eric the Banana-man?

South Park has never left its prime.
Of course, my opinion could be construed as biased...

Not that these are universally the top three, but to include those is like saying "Which is the best baseball team in the country 1. St Louis Cardinals 2. Minnesota Twins 3. Chicago White Sox 4. Baltimore Orioles 5. Cleveland Indians 6. Kansas City Royals 7. Tampa Bay Devil Rays 8. Pawtucket Red Sox 9. High Desert Mavericks 10. University of Texas Longhorns 11. Klein Forest High School Eagles 12. Those guys playing out behind my apartment building" SI

I think we're beginning to see that The Simpsons kicks those other shows bitchy little asses.

I would have answered the Simpsons in the other poll as well if that poll specified in their prime. Clearly the Simpson's is the best of the three back in its prime

South Park. I don't know why. I can watch the same episode 30 times and laugh every time. The Simpsons has outworn it's welcome, and I just don't "get" the family guy. I see where it tries to be funny, where it could be funny, but it does nothing for me.
I guess I'm simpe minded . Last edited by jeff061 : 06-14-2005 at 06:38 PM. |

I don't think Family Guy has hit it's "prime".
I vote Simpsons, though that it may be different in 5-6 years.
