RFL 2011, Week 10 - Deadline 7/1 (Wednesday) at 11 pm EST

Sigh. The gods of EA conspired against me. Backup QB Jason Jones went for 700 yards and 8 TD (and 4 INT) but it was too little too late in 65-62 loss at Colorado.
Int the 2nd quarter my kicker shanked a PAT which set off a chain reaction where "the chart" suggested I go for two. Never could get it. Between the shank and the 3 failed PAT tries, I left 4 points on the field.

The killer though was a 100 yard INT return by CU aided by one of those phantom plays where the runner all of a sudden glides 10 yards down the field. Last time my guy lost 10 yards. This time, the CPU runner jumped 10 yards in front of me.

I'm finishing out the leagues but I'm done with EA and these games. They can cram it with walnuts.

I'll be slapping Navy around this afternoon. I've got this sinking feeling that when I sign on, I'm going to see that most of the games haven't been played yet.

I played mine yesterday. I was very distracted by 2 phone calls, but USC managed to squeeze by Oregon 24-10 I believe.

I beat Navy 49-3 this afternoon. It wasn't close, though starting out they played me harder than Ohio State did...weird.
