For the away uni's, alternate, etc - I think there is a way for you to d/l these and play with them. That or you can just tell me what you want.

Wade....if you could make the logo about 20% smaller it would be absolutely perfect. Hell of a job! Do the away unis alternate colors? I noticed when I tried to make the away unis in teambuilder on my own, it just gave me all white unis. It should be purple bottoms with a white/black stripe, and a white (not gray) top. Also...what color are the top half of the socks? They should be purple just fyi...on there it looks like they are transparent so it's hard to tell.

Those are absolutely beautiful...I seriously can't wait to play as them. Also, if I wind up taking a 1* team, it will be almost like real life...because we sucked!

Few things..

1. Away uni's you can make look however you want, except that it appears that your home and away pants have to match. I ran into that problem with my team as well - I just had to pick whether I wanted dark or white pants. I could make it so that your away alternate look like you want.. it's weird.. you have primary pants and alternate pants, but not home/away splits.. so I could rig it so that it is in your alternate if you want.

2. I'll double check the socks. You don't have a ton of control over them - the transparent part you see is where leg skin would be.

Yeah..lets go with the alternates. I'll just have to remember to make the switch whenever I'm playing on the road.

I'll fix the logo size when I get the chance, but at this point it will be easy to get it where you want long before the game comes out.

If you are able to make transparent logos, the rest of this is really a complete breeze. The logo is the only "hard" part.

Just checked - I remember what is "weird" about socks.

You get black or white, that's it.

Well, and honestly, many high schools are basically complete rip-offs of pro/college team with just slight changes.

Mine is the FSU logo with changed colors (although it wasn't when I was in school), yours is the Chiefs logo, WVUFan said his is the UT T, etc, etc.

Yeah...the We have a local high school here which has the exact same jerseys as the Michigan Wolverines...even the helmets are the same. "Menlo high school" is their name, and come to think of it, their hats are Michigan blue, with a yellow "M" which is again...identical.

Hey guys. Just wanted to give a heads up that unless we start hearing some real good news about NCAA 2010, I will be passing up on buying it. So somebody else might need to step in to commish things. I'm leaving open the possibility of buying the game used a little farther down the line. But honestly, if Madden is as good as I hope it will be, I likely won't feel compelled to get NCAA 2010 ever.

Well, I've heard that there's a buzz around NCAA 10 so far. I'm not quite sure what it's for, and the OS forums are just a wasteland for homers and 14 year olds with access to the internet.

I caved and actually went through with my pre-ordered copy for the 360... I have a real weakness when it comes to football games.

I'm really torn here. I know for sure I'm going to be in the FOFC Madden Franchise, and I don't know if I'm going to want to run in 2 leagues again. I'm going to be completely honest, I'm leaning towards just the Madden franchise and just flat out not buying NCAA at all. I may eventually buy it after the College Season starts, because I may get the fever, but I really think I got burnt out these last 9-10 months.

After being pleasantly surprised by the initial impressions, I'm leaning towards getting this game after all. I only want to be in 1 league this year, but a Madden online dynasty appears to be more trouble than I necessarily want to deal with this year. If a spot opens up for me in the league, I'll definitely end up getting it, so please put me on the list.

I think I'm going to have to put myself on the "stand by" list. I need to wait until I start teaching in August and how that and the twins will all fit into the schedule. The boys will be 3 months by then and hopefully sleeping a little longer than they are now. Is recruiting crippled in a dynasty without it? Would we outlaw using the DLC stuff?

Ok, that's good - but does it cripple recruiting not having it? IE you can't see where you stand with the recruit, etc, etc?

Some of the DLC stuff is things that, if I understand it correctly, have been built into the game for years.

For instance - being able to see who else is recruiting them. Where you stand in the top 10 list, etc.

When do you anticipate the league starting?

I'll make my decision this weekend. I paid for my pre-order in full, but haven't gone to pick it up or switch to Madden yet.

I'd say a couple weeks. We need time for guys to create teams, iron out issues related to the league setup, see if the community discovers any gamekillers, etc. Rosters aren't really an issue, since I plan to sim forward to get rid of the identical starting rosters.
