I like the NHL better because I'm not at work for half of the games

Bad timing, KevinNU7. This is like the "What's the best game ever" type poll on ESPN one day after a pretty good game was played and 20% say it was better than every other game in history.

except i doubt it matters when this poll is taken.. the excitement for college basketball lasts all season long.. but nhl (which i also like) has a long dragged out 82 game season to eliminate like 8 teams?

But a 64 team tourney is clearly taking just the cream of the cro(a)p?

Asking this question in September would be quite a bit more representative than asking it the first day of the NCAA tourney.

I don't really care if the NHL "wins" this poll. I was just curious if anyone else thought the NHL playoffs were better.

The NHL season can be pretty boring, and if you compare the college BBall season to the NHL it isn't even close. But if you look at jsut the post-seasons I think they are pretty evenly matched.

Out of the 4 major sports the NHl playoffs is the only one where I can watch any game and actually be interested.

I hope you are kidding. The only thing worth interrupting sex for is playoff football

I'm a huge hockey fan, but NCAA basketball is more exciting IMO.
