I wanted to hate this show with all my being, but I finally relented and it is very, very funny. For those not in the know, it is bascially a raw version of Candid Camera.

There's some good stuff on there, but there are a ton of horrendous to watch segments.

That show is such an obvious fake that I can't even pretend to like it. Some of the "actors" they get on there to pretend they are oblivious are...bleh.

I really liked it when I first started watching it, then I started noticing people "acting" even when the mark wasn't around, and about 5 or 6 too many camera angles in a 12x12 foot room. Most of the ones I see now are not only obviously fake, but not scary in the least. And I'm not trying to be a curmudgeon, I just figured I'd share since it was brought up.

IMHO, the latest episodes looked pretty genuine, but I will admit that I am constantly fooled by the acting of my 3 year old (so i may not be a good judge of such things).
Regardless, I'm judging the show on my reaction to it and at the end of the segments, I found myself laughing out loud which is something I don't normally do. |
