Tom, it's really not that difficult. Download CBL v2.0 rosters, unzip them into your main OOTP6 directory, in the CBL folder is a folder named CBLv2.lg or some such, place THAT folder into your main OOTP 6 directory, load up the game and have a blast.
Hope that doesn't sound too confusing.
