Setting QB to Run?

Either I'm dumb... or just blind. But how do you set things in the gameplans like telling the QB to run more?

I was reading some Taco awards for the CFL, and JeeberD set his QB to run a lot in one game. How can this be done?

That excess of running was caused by a bug in one of the FOF 2004 gameplanning utils. The guy got something like 40 carries and started at QB and RB if I'm remembering correctly.

Oh yeah... the Ernest Lorenzo game. 39 carries, 186 yds on the ground. Started at two positions simultaneously by accident. Not even Jeeber knew how that happened.
