Tear The Roof Off The Sucker...

I hate domes! Right now in Detroit it is 32 degrees. If the Lions played outdoors it would only assist them playing a team like the Colts. (If there was some weather out there it would help even more!)

Of all the teams out there that have built new stadiums or are currently buliding them, only the Lions in the last 10 years built a dome without a retractable roof. It's a nice dome, but it's still not the way football was meant to be played. So the fans would have to waer an extra layer of clothes. Awww. Poor babies. In Philly they know that an open air stadium is the right way. In Pittsburgh they know it. Cleveland, Chicago... Detroit is more concerned about losing the money from other events than having a championship team.

After the Super Bowl next year... TEAR THE ROOF OFF!!!

Or it could just add a new 'spark' to the games . Perhaps even enough to interest a non-fan like me.
