HELP: FOF player suspensions?

I have just had a "suspended" tag laid on my All-World DT, but don't know how long he's gone. Is this a full-year suspension, or a shorter duration? I hope he's not gone for the year.

As far as I know all FOF suspensions are 1-year suspension and mean you can't use the player in any of this season's games.

can a player that on suspension get a rating decline because lack of playing time?

I think he may renegotiate cheaper next season. Tho im not 100 percent certain on that.
