![]() Okay, I can add new topics, reply, etc., from this computer (obviously), but cannot from my other location. I log in, and it accepts my password, but then it says that I am not registered when I try to reply or add a new topic. What am I doing wrong?
I'm sure there's an easy answer to this, but I'm not a prolific user of boards such as this one. Please help if you can.

Check your privacy/security settings, make sure it is accepting cookies. This kept me off the board for nearly a month at one point.

Lower your internet security settings. I had this problem before also a while back.

Security Options
(Assuming you're using IE)
You need to edit your security preferences, I believe. Unfortunately, the version of IE that I use does not do this the same way as most others, but if you look around for a cookies/security option, set it to lower. That fixed things on my other computer. ~rpi-fan

similar thing here.
I'll try the fast reply to login and reply, then it will take me to the login in screen, then it will say please wait, then it will say the thread I'm replying to doesn't exist. Then I go back to the main forum page and I'm not listed as logging in. Happens every time. So I end up logging in 3 times before it works. |

Easy Mac, logging in with a fast reply never works for me either. I get the same problems. I've just learned to log in first, and then the fast reply works fine.
