on one hand, all you gotta do is start up your own "commentary" thread where people can post their opinion commentary or commentary they've heard from outside sources. whne someone tried to post actual news the censor would have to delete it, according to the precedent he set with you.

on the other hand, it's silly to start a thread and make rules about what can and can't go in it. it's a public forum about a football game whose popularity is fading with each installment, not like this is CNN's message board or what-have-you. i can make any thread i want, make silly rules about what should go in there, and i wouldn't expect people to follow my wishes.

trust me - this is not the first place people look for their news. why there's even a news thread here is beyond me. but it's FOFC style to take a thread topic and fuck it up to the point where the last post in that thread is ultimately about Fritz's pussy or how Subby masturbates to sheep porn.

lots of people take this place waaaaay too seriously. i'm glad i'm not as active as i used to be. i have no idea why this site is still on my favorites folder.
