I caught the first part of the first movie on HBO the other day. Kind of curious to follow the story a bit more. Did not realise there was a TV series spun off from it.

There is a movie seeker that is unrelated. The tv show was a two hour pilot ABC-Disney which might be the same movie you are speaking of. In any case here is the link to mthe official forums where you can watch the first seaosn episodes online through Hulu player there for free. I like that the wizard is the same actor from the old Mad Max Movies "the Helio Pilot" and the lead actress is hot.

yeah I posted about this is the fantasy books you recommend thread a while back. We were talking about the books in that thread, and I was surprised to stumble upon the first episode of the series and wondering if it was based on the books.
Glad it got renewed I expected it to get quite cheesy quite fast, but its not so bad. I am surpised however they did the episode with the "dominatrix" since the show's on mid-afternoon's during the weekend here. Pretty shocked the book went there too when I first tried to read that book. Last edited by Thomkal : 02-24-2009 at 03:24 PM. |
