EA Sports('s) 2010 Football games

Knowing all that we know now, would you buy them today (assuming you could erase ever having bought them)?

I bought Madden this year and it's a good game, I don't regret buying it. I haven't played NCAA 2010 and have no desire to buy it.

i'm happy there's a football freaks community effort to essentially do for madden 08 what was done for mvp as far as totally overhauling and updating it. i never downloaded 2009's version, but watching the Pats last night made me sure i'm going to DL the 2010 beta version tonight
