Yep, it is possible, but I haven't heard of any in the wild as of yet.

I'm not sure, but I think malicious websites can screw with your iPhone though. Or do you mean, you download something to your iPhone and then attach to your iPhone to the computer and the computer gets a virus?

From searching on teh interwebs, the answer would be a yes. However, it does not seem to be as much of them compared to other phones/OSes out there.
