FOWL post 6.3 issues
Can anyone tell me if what I'm seeing with Average Income and Poverty Level numbers is a holdover from 6.2 or new in 6.3? I don't have multiple installs available to check.
I'm seeing $10,000 for average income in Arizona, Atlanta, Buffalo, Chicago, Cinci, Cleveland, Dallas, Green Bay, Houston, Indy, Jacksonville, KC, Miami, Minnesota, St Louis, and Tennessee. That's half of our league cities, and there are more non-league cities that have this number. It seems a real round number for coincidence. In cities with the $10,000 income, Poverty Level is between 4.5-6.0 percent. In any city with more than $10,000 income, Poverty Level is double digit, usually around 18-19 percent. First, I wonder if this will have an impact on our teams, mainly with that top dollar figure a team can spend. Second, I wonder if this is an issue of extended seasons gone amuck. I know guys play this many and more, but I'd be willing to bet the majority of players play 15-20 seasons tops before they get bored and start over. Maybe this is something that compounds over an extended period of time. Third, has anyone ever seen this and reported it?

For 6.2 with 2040 data, Arizona has a $10,000 Avg Income, Poverty Level at 4.1%, and Growth of -0.6%.
I believe $10,000 is as low as it can go. I'd have to check my numbers, but I think that's a "1" in the data file (note that contracts are done in $10,000 incremements). And this is a key reason I left Charlotte for Greensboro. So I saw it, but never thought of reporting it as a bug as I didn't look around too far. But it is 6.2, not a new 6.3 issue.

On the Poverty Level thing, yes I do see Greensboro (now Carolina) with 6.4% growth, $67,000 average income, and an 18.6% poverty level.

Cool, thanks for the check Greg. Does anyone even really care about this? The only reason I noticed was that my team just moved and I was checking out other ticket prices relative to markets.

I don't know what type of affect this has on the game except to give you funds for stadium repairs/reconstructions etc. Does it also go toward coach hiring funds.
