I've used CDEX in the past to go fom WAV to MP#. If I remember correctly, you can go the other way.

If you have Winamp 3, you can download the diskwriter utility.
It comes w/ winamp 2. |

CDex is a great program. Simple, effective. I second its recommendation. Winamp 2 is nice too (stay away from Winamp 3)
