My band, Old School Rock and Roll, is putting on our annual charity benefit this evening at the Saddle Rack in Fremont. All proceeds benefit the Relay For Life, an American Cancer Society charity. If you're in the neighborhood, stop on by! The doors open at 5:30 and we go on stage around 8:30-ish (there are a couple of other bands, we're the closing act).

If you're not in the neighborhood, cheer us on from home

Edit: Tickets are a little bit steep at $35, but remember it all goes to the charity. There are also a bunch of other activities while you're there - charity auction (mostly autographed sports memorabilia), a mechanical bull, an oxygen bar where you can actually pay to breathe oxygen (don't ask, I don't even know) and a bunch more.

12 is on our list already and I have been suggesting 4 to our band for a while with no success yet. We're more "blusie/funkish" than classic rock though.
