The Definitive FOFC Celebrity Hotness 2016 List

I always felt that there needs to be a standard list of celebrities as judged by their hotness by the fine gentleman and gentlewomen of FOFC. Individual contests over a span of ten years doesn't do it for me.

So I'm asking the members of FOFC to rank their 25 hottest women in order. A first place vote will be worth 25 points. The second place will be worth 24 points etc. And of course the 25th person is worth 1 point. May the hottest celebrity win.

You are to judge by current hotness of each contestant.

You may and are encouraged to look at past celebrity HoN threads.

You may and are encouraged to post arguments about celebrities you like or dislike in this thread. Pictures conforming to forum rules are encouraged.

Any list that include Shia Lebouf will be automatically disqualified.

I intend to end the vote 1 week from now but will extend at my discretion.

I hope to get at least 10 lists, 20 as a stretch goal.

I think defining the word "celebrity" might end up being more contentious than the hot/not factors themselves.

I define celebrity as people that the general public might know about. Basically I'm excluding the girl next door you have a crush on but nobody knows who she is.

I'm just thinking aloud (consider it a free thread bump) but "general public" is kind of the aspect that might be troublesome.

Some of the world's most insanely hot women might just be internet {cough} models. But does the "general public" know them? Okay, porn usage stats suggest that they might ... but it's still kinda iffy.

I'm not stressing over the subject, not looking for any definitive resolution. Just thinking out loud.
