Does anyone know what the glow is around the players that you sometimes see in these videos?

They are just aids to help you see the players.
You can turn the glow off. See the BB info thread. Lots of good stuff in there if you have questions.

I don't think that is correct. On pro mode most if not all of the visual aides can be turned off based on the info we have.

Well, I'd be surprised to see no glowing on the field, how else are we going to know which WR we're throwing to?

by judging where you think he is looking.....that is how I'm going to play...no colors aids from me thank you...

but most of the time, of course I will use the focus mode....so that will make it much easier.

Same here. It'll be more challenging without the aids.
