I am Probably the only one left who does this...

PS3 owner so help me out with this question if you could

I still, if possible in the given game, control players with the Dpad and not the anolog sticks. I know juking/spinning/throwing/ tackling is done with the right stick but can you still move your guy around with the arrow buttons????

Thanks

i find it very difficult to play "3D" games that way. I had dual analog back on psone so I've been properly broken.

I was actually wondering the other day why they still bother putting d-pads on a controller. Now I know that people still use them, I guess.

the d pad has its place. fighting games would be one example. It's also much easier scrolling through menus with the d pad

The D pad is great for RPGs. You want to cast an 8th lvl spell press down 8 times then right 7 times.

The Dpad also works great for shooters as you can easily switch between weapons.

I think the question was "Can I use the D-pad for movement?", not "Is the D-pad used at all?". The d-pad is used to call audibles in Backbreaker (which can be assigned from the pause menu) and works fine.
I'm sorry Irish but you're going to have to get used to using the LS and RS together to play this game
