He was my second favorite 2015 PG we were looking at after Brunson though the gulf between the two was pretty wide.

Yeah I liked his game too but I really want Brunson in the 15 class. I worry that having Walton ahead of him will scare him away.

Re: 2015 Recruiting Thread

5 star shooting guard Charles Matthews announcing tomorrow.

Final 5 is Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan State & Marquette. I'd be surprised if it's not one of the first 3.

Charles Matthews to Kentucky. Interesting to see what effect this has on the decisions of Kennard/Newman.

I'm told it has no effect. In fact, Kennard's father was quoted yesterday saying that Matthews decision will have no effect on his son's and that Luke wants to play and practice with the best player's possible. He even speaks about how Matthews can play multiple positions.

Luke's Father Speaks

Newman wants to play PG and I am quite sure Cal will let him.

Where do you guys have Malik Newman going? I have him either at Kentucky or Miss. ST

Kentucky or Kansas imo. Kentucky's backcourt is getting crowded though, considering Booker & Ulis will likely be back, plus Matthews is already in the class.

Re: 2015 Recruiting Thread

I don't know much about the 2015 recruiting but I hope NC State does well because TJ Warren is a beast but he will probably be leaving and who knows what they will be like when he is gone. But we need some good players like him.
