Where do you guys have Malik Newman going? I have him either at Kentucky or Miss. ST

Kentucky or Kansas imo. Kentucky's backcourt is getting crowded though, considering Booker & Ulis will likely be back, plus Matthews is already in the class.

I don't know much about the 2015 recruiting but I hope NC State does well because TJ Warren is a beast but he will probably be leaving and who knows what they will be like when he is gone. But we need some good players like him.

true about Kentucky's backcourt. He's somewhat like Wiggins in that he has Miss State and Wiggins had Florida State. Both home town discounts. Wiggins didn't go for FL State. I think Newman will either go to Kentucky or Kansas. Kentucky because of coach Calipari and his experience with on and done players. It will come down to does he want a championship if so probably Kansas. If he wants the NBA Money fast Kentucky.

Yea without a doubt. He was the reason we won our games. However the one game against Maryland he didn't play at all and we beat them by 20 then walk ons came in and the brought lead down to 10 for the final score

5 star SG Luke Kennard announcing tomorrow where he is going.

Duke, Kentucky & Michigan are the schools, I think he's going to chose Duke since he just visited there.

Kennard to Duke it is... Sucks he's not going to end up here, but I think he'll be a hell of player at Duke for 4 years. I'd much rather them get Malik Newman still though.

yeah Malik will definitely be the better prospect ,but anyway Kennard isn't a nobody.Everynight I say a prayer that goes along the lines of this dear god uh thanks for everything and uh Malik would be nice..... PLEASE come to Carolina

I would love Newman but I think we are on the outside for him and Roy knows it. That's why he's seemingly spent most of his time and rightfully so on Ingram(we desperately need his shooting) & Zimmerman(you make room for a skilled 7 footer who can run). His spent time watching Stone and Rabb(to show to the crazy UNC fans that he's trying to recruit them)but Roy has already identified his top 2 priorities.

We will probably only bring in those 2 if Roy can get them because he's trying to stagger years between his Guards and PFs(needed for Woods, Smith and Giles in 2016)

Still we need more shooters and Zimmerman will be huge[ litterly and mentally] I don't like our chances of getting Rabb. Ingram is someone that might bring the championship back to chapel Hill

He will rather take a 4 star that can run & jump while hoping they learn how to shoot instead of taking a 3 star who does nothing else but knock down 3's. He doesn't even have to recruit a lot but one every 4 years so no matter what, he has someone on the roster who can space the floor.

Definitely and something I read a couple days ago was that Roy didn't recruit Rasheed Suilomon (I have no clue how to spell it) or Andre Dawkins. That proves your point. They didn't recruit tj Warren hard either
