Arkansas State Police have confirmed, after there was much controversy, it may have been an April Fool's joke. The rumor is he has a broken neck. (WHICH IS UNCONFIRMED AT THIS POINT)

Damn, I've seen too many of these motorcycle accidents in the past few weeks. I've seen a rider on the road coming home the other day on the highway, a friend of my uncle hit a cycle that he never saw coming killing the rider, and now this. Damn damn damn...

I am familiar with the area he was riding in (bike rider myself) and it's dangerous if an animal comes out in front of you, whether you are going fast or not. The petrino family is obviously trying to keep this tight lipped due to HIPPA. I will keep yall updated as we get information.

Multiple broken ribs, cuts, bruises neck sprain. He will be okay and is recovering. This from source close to family.....so much for HIPPA

HIPPA doesn't cover individuals outside of the hospital's control. If family and friends want to disclose things, they are free to do so.
