I think Michigan Wins. I'm hoping they let Drob run alot more in this game than the previous.

I predict 31-27 Michigan

How much has ND changed play scheme wise? Michigan has a new Offensive and Defensive scheme for ND to prepare for without much film on it at all is my point. Rees has some film on him and Michigan has film to study on the scheme On Kelly at ND. Film study has a huge impact on the game so its hard to overate it IMO.

I'm not sure how much that matters. Notre Dame's defense should be better than last time. I may have predicted too high of a score, now that I think about it.

What?! How do you prepare for a team when you have nothing to use? ND doesn't have that good of defense to just say get out there and play.

You can only do so much with scheme. Most of defense is simply about having players that can beat their match-up and take care of their assignment.

Most of defense is preparation. This isn't a game of pick-up football.

Good points. I'm not saying film isn't important but you still have to take care of your assignments, tackle well, use good fundamentals, which I do not think Michigan will do very well. So I think the film advantage Michigan has will not have as much as a impact on the game as people think IMO. A bad defense is a bad defense.

Not really. If that were the case every defense in the country would be the same because they all have the same amount of time to prepare. Don't let player-speak fool you.
