Taylor Martinez or Denard Robinson??

If you had to pick one as your starting QB, who do you have?
There both running backs who can throw, but I think i will take T-Magic. I think he is a slightly better passer and a lil more clutch.

Neither. Both are a little overhyped IMO. It all started when talks began last year of Martinez having the ability to be the first Freshman Heisman winner. Give me a break. Neither will play quarterback on Sundays, though, so it's whatever.

Robinson. He has alot of Flaws, but when he happenens to set his feet he can be pretty accurate. Footwork is his big problem though.

Seeing MSU play against Both, Martinez. But if you want a mobile B10 qb to choose from....Marquis Gray.

Put a decent swquad around that guy and he'd be real scary.

wow, surprised so many ppl like Robinson. I thought he was the worse passer but I think he runs better.

And I completely agree with StompSwamper90, neither will likely play at all on Sunday. Don't read or throw well enough to play QB, and are too fragile to play RB or WR.

I like Marquis Gray, I think he is a bit more balanced then both and is a more willing passer. He just doesn't have any talent.

Why do so many people care about this? This is a college football forum. We're college football fans. It's like the Kellen Moore vs Andrew Luck conversation we had earlier this year here. Most arguments for Luck were how he's projected to be so great in the NFL.

What type of offense are they running? I'm partial towards Denard, especially if we're talking about the RichRod / Calvin Magee offense. Martinez could run that pretty well too I'd imagine, but Denard was nuts in that style.

DRob but I can't stand him great athlete/person but extremely bad QB. He pads his stats versus scrub teams and gets shut down against good defenses.

Robinson. Put him in a wide open offense that focuses on option and zone read. Martinez's delivery is just wayyy too slow.

After this week, I'd take Taylor Martinez. Mechanics aside, he is starting to mature as a decision maker.

Meanwhile, Drob was sitting on the bench.
