MACtion on ESPN. Ohio @ Bowling Green. 7-3 Bowling Green. Amusing on the FG for Ohio, the Bowling Green LB could've blocked it, but he ran past the kick.
If I had to cheer for some MACtion, it would be Miami (OH). Why, you ask? No idea really. I just enjoy seeing them succeed. Oh, and they're the Cradle of Coaches.
Bowling Green was in FG range with 18 seconds in the half, Ohio intercepts it, runs it 79 yards the other way, and Ohio gets a FG with 2 seconds on the clock, 16-14 Bobcats at the half.
Miami Ohio loses 24-21. Ohio has a 24 yard FG to win it as time expires.
Obligatory timeout.
Kick is good. Ohio wins 29-28 and clinches the MAC East. Almost certainty they'll face Northern Illinois in Detroit.
I didn't think it was worthy of starting a thread for, so posting here..
I'm undefeated in our CFB Fantasy League, at work and the playoffs start this weekend. Would you guys start Tajh Boyd or Aaron Murray ?
I'm leaning Boyd, because they are facing NC State this weekend and I've got high hopes that he's going to have a big game.
Just trying to hear someone else's perspective.
Ryan Broyles has been dominating the league, especially with Kendall Wright and Robert Woods also on my team. I'm #1 in Receiving. I picked up Kenny Stills off of waivers, so that should be a decent replacement for Broyles.. I'm just going to be aggravated if I go undefeated throughout the regular season and get sent home week 1 of the playoffs..
UAB tied 14-14 with Southern Miss. I expect Southern Miss to pull away, but they're having some trouble on defense right now with the zone read type stuff.
no.12 for unc's pathetic attempt at a tackle on a scramble that would have been a 4th and at least 7 turns into a converted qb sneak on 4th and 1 and eventually the tying td for va tech
