I got South Carolina on upset alert against ECU (just because they didn't look that great against Vandy in my opinion) and Oklahoma State on upset alert against Arizona (I thought Arizona looked pretty good, and you never know)

A&M will curb stomp Florida. A poor Florida team on the road = two TD loss.

I agree, UCLA could pull the upset.

I also think Purdue could upset Notre Dame.

Yeah, I think so too. Last I checked Cincinnati was only a 3 point favorite though.

Count me as another one who thinks UCLA will beat Nebraska. Taylor Martinez was OK/good last week, so logic dictates that this week he will return to being Taylor Martinez. UCLA by more than a TD.

                    No chance UCLA beats Nebraska.

That game figures to be a home game on the road for Nebraska.

Taylor will keep his game the same, and the offense will roll against a Bruin defense that struggled against Rice.

The concern for Nebraska lies with the defense, who will again only have one game of film for which to prepare for UCLA's offense.

Only 260 yards were allowed against Southern Miss, and that was with no prior game film.

Nebraska rolls by 3TDs and 3FGs, for those of you keeping score at home, that's 30.

I don't really know if Cincinnati is going to be any good or not this year, but Pitt just got beat down by Youngstown State 31-17 at Heinz Field, so I just can't see this being close at Nippert.

Then again, it's Pittsburgh, who loves to mix in embarrassing losses with moderate wins.

I actually like A&M's chances at home against Florida more than on the road at LaTech. Still, tough to get around breaking in a new QB, Coach, whole philosophy really. But, I really don't think UF has seen anything like a home game at College Station. No one in the SEC has. A&M is far from being the best team in the B12, but as far as HFA goes...they are the tops. UF has had the 1st game jitters, A&M hasn't....so hard to choose. What the hell? A&M 24. UF 17. Believe it!

Not that the "12th Man" isn't impressive, but I think you may be exaggerating its effect just a bit. I think the SEC schools are more than experienced in playing in venues that are just as tough for the visiting team.

No way Pitt gets smashed. I would love it if we could do it, but I'll just be happy with a win. Hopefully the Bearcats show up like they did last year on their Thursday night game.

I wouldn't say no way. Pitt looked pathetic against YSU. Opening night game at Nippert, I think UC comes out strong.
